 JOB DESCRIPTION

Fieldhouse is looking for a skilled social media strategist and content creator to join our team. The position is responsible for owning social media strategy and developing and producing visual storytelling across all social channels. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about the fast-casual restaurant landscape and have the ability to capture appealing food photos and create content. Strong writing and photography skills are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Plan and implement organic social media strategies in support of the brand and business goals, driving revenue, awareness, engagement.
  • Own development of monthly content calendars designed to increase Fieldhouse audiences and drive product awareness
  • Oversee social editorial calendar and posting, maintaining visual and conceptual consistency and taking into account Fieldhouse objectives; strategize ongoing content themes, including the look and feel, to foster and grow the brand social presence
  • Spearhead and execute live-capture strategy and storytelling, both photo and video
  • Oversee asset creation and lead photoshoots for social channels. Expected: 1-2 photoshoots per month
  • Capture social media content and produce on-the-fly content (visual and copy) for live events
  • Write all social media captions across channels, create Instagram Stories, and spearhead trial and strategies on new social media platforms like TikTok 
  • Research competitive landscape to identify seasonal trends, strategic initiatives, best practices, and social innovation
  • Monitor and analyze social trends & metrics to propose effective strategies for growth; provide ongoing performance reports
  • Identify brand-right influencers, develop relationships, and manage ongoing paid influencer campaigns and activations
  • Develop and execute Fieldhouse activities, surprise and delight outreach, and contest activations
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including campaign development, events, and more

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • 1+ years of social media experience. Preferably experience with content marketing for a direct-to-consumer brand
  • Elevated creative eye and aesthetic; strong creative vision and skills in photo, video, and design
  • Idea generator—ability to brainstorm new ways to bring the brand to life on social media
  • Preferred Food photography experience and ability to capture ongoing content
  • Strong copywriting skills, ability to take brand voice and communicate via social media content
  • Passionate about digital innovation and creating high-quality, of-the-moment social content
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time management skills; detail-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail- and results-oriented self-starter with disciplined practices and the ability to exercise independent judgment
